In fact, it is already happening. Projects to win energy: hydro dams, solar parks, wind parks, other electricity plants, oil and gas extraction. Projects to extract minerals: gold, uranium, iron ore, copper, and coal. Projects to produce water: desalination, pumping stations, and water recycling plants.
